Opened since January 2009, at Nimps’ the head Chef is Laneadrick “Nick” Ford, Alumni of El Centro College Culinary Arts program. Nimps’ Soul food Sunday derives from its Southern roots with their down home Famous Dressing to their delicious Oxtails.
